My work sits across research, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. Mostly in government, corporate and start-up environments where policy, legacy systems and competing priorities slow things down.

I've worked on services used by millions of citizens, redesigned public portals, and built design systems used across multiple teams. In practice, that means translating research into a direction teams can actually act on, and cutting through the noise when priorities clash.

I'm most useful when the problem space is messy, stakeholders disagree, and the team needs someone to set a direction.

In my free time I like to collect vinyl, play sports (running and fitness) or hike.
