Most of my work happens in (digital) environments where the problem is messy and complex, stakeholders don’t agree and the team needs someone to bring structure and direction.

Whether it’s public services shaped by legislation, enterprise software with years of legacy, or legal platforms where every decision has consequences, I help teams understand the real problem before deciding on the solution.

Over the past seven years I’ve combined research, product thinking and design to help companies shape a clear product direction. That has meant redesigning services used by thousands of dutch citizens, building scalable design systems and recently exploring how AI can support complex digital products without reducing user control.

Outside work I spend my time running, strength training, hiking or collect vinyl.
